Yoga and Ayurveda are a part of me, woven into the fabric of my being and imbued into every facet of my life. Raised in the Sikh and Kundalini Yoga traditions I was introduced to this lifestyle at a very young age; it was a blessed experience that laid the foundation for what is now my heart’s work.
I spent my formative years in India, where I was able to live the yogic lifestyle for 13 years. During the end of high school, I received my Level One Kundalini Yoga teacher training certification and began teaching shortly after. I knew then that helping others experience this profound way of living was my passion and purpose in this lifetime. I went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in International Business and four years later, a post-graduate degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Healing. These gathered experiences are what formed the cornerstone of my practice.
The inspiration and foundation for HariSimran Ayurveda is to support people in finding their balance by understanding and experiencing their natural ability to heal and remain healthy.
